You are responsible for ensuring that our delivery personnel have safe and reasonable access to the delivery location. If delivery is not possible due to inaccessibility, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee.
Upon delivery, you or your designated representative should inspect the products. By accepting delivery, you acknowledge that the products are in satisfactory condition unless you notify us otherwise within 24 hours.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Water dispensers and other equipment provided by Bitumparox remain our property unless explicitly sold to you.

Upon termination of services, you must return all rented equipment in good condition, subject to normal wear and tear. Failure to return equipment may result in additional charges.
We are committed to providing high-quality water that meets all relevant safety standards. Our water undergoes regular testing to ensure compliance with UK water quality regulations.
In the unlikely event of a quality issue, please contact us immediately. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action to resolve any concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitumparox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, acts of government, labor disputes, or internet service disruptions.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Bitumparox or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
